Seychelles gambling license, remote interactive gaming operations
Government passed Interactive Gaming Act in 2003, see copy on this link in English, but at this stage the legislative background in the Republic of Seychelles is not entirely suitable for registration of interactive gambling companies. The existing laws and regulations are not entirely complete and comprehensive in order to successfully finalize such application, so The Seychelles Gambling Act is not in use and may be repealed in due course.
