Original completed application form which you obtain by email or download here in Word file or PDF file
Completed Application Form
Copy of original invoice for the vehicle
Copy of original registration certificate
Colour photo of vehicle
Copy of owner/company director’s drivers licence
Copy of owner/company director’s passport
Copy of company documents
Road worthiness certificate or letter from mechanic
Car can only be registered on person or Cook Islands comapny.
