Our Fees to Open account are $350 if we incorporate your company or $700 in any other case
This is a non-interest bearing account.
Checks cannot be drawn on this account.
The minimum amount required to open an account is $1,000.00
This balance is required to be maintained at all times and a US$25.00 charge is applicable if the balance falls below US$1,000.00.
Possibility for credit cards.
Requirements:
Notarized copy of passport for all Directors, Shareholders and Signatories to the Company and Account (Preferrably in Color)
2 references (one must be from bank) for all Directors, Shareholders and Signatories to the Company and Account
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation of the Company
Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (If it is an LLC we need Articles and ByLaws)
Copy of Resolution appointing the Directors of the Company
Copy of all share certificates issued against the Company (If Bearer Share, beneficial owner needs to sign written undertaking)
Copy of Certificate of Good Standing if Company was incorporated over an year ago.
