Our Fees to Open account are $500 if we incorporate your company or $1000 in any other case
Requirements:
For Anglo-American companies the following documents are required:
Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Formation not older than 3 months certified by a notary public and apostilled in accordance with the Hague Legalization Convention
Memorandum and Articles of Association
Proof of Appointment of Directors certified by a notary public and apostilled
a Power of Attorney unlimited in time certified by a notary public and apostilled, if the account is to be opened by an agent
any private person authorized to sign for this account requires one of the following documents
(a valid passport, a valid driving licence from an E.U. country ,a valid identity card from an E.U. country)
Please note that a certification in the form of “a true and correct copy of the original” cannot be accepted as certification of the signatures is needed.
For other than Anglo-American companies the following documents are required:
extract of the commercial register in German or English
if it is not clear from the extract, Proof of Appointement of Directors
a Power of Attorney unlimited in time certified by a notary public, if the account is to be opened by an agent
one of the above mentioned documents required for private persons for any person authorized to sign for this account.
